The Challenge
InsightHub's 12 operational systems — including 3 ERPs, 2 CRMs, 4 POS systems, and various departmental spreadsheets — contained conflicting data with no single source of truth. Monthly board reports took a team of 4 analysts an entire week to compile, often containing errors discovered after presentation.
