Project briefs

When the form says “Create project brief”, your entries are used in the current browser tab to prepare text you can copy or download. They are not submitted to Advenno. The site does not save the brief in local storage. Your browser may independently offer to remember form fields.

Enquiry delivery

If direct delivery is enabled, the form says “Send enquiry”. Submitting sends your name, email, optional company, selected service and message to the website’s enquiry endpoint. Hostinger Email processes these details to deliver the enquiry to info@advenno.com. A confirmation appears only after the mail server accepts the message for delivery. It does not mean that a person has read it.

Enquiries are stored in Advenno’s mailbox so we can understand the project you describe and reply to you. Abuse protection temporarily stores a hash of your IP address and request counters on the server; these records do not contain your enquiry contents or email address. Do not send information you do not have permission to share. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form says so and keeps your entries available. You can keep a local copy before deciding whether to try again.

Your browser preferences

The light or dark theme selection is saved in local storage under “advenno-theme”. Your analytics choice is stored in this browser under “advenno-analytics-consent” for up to 180 days. This preference is needed to remember your choice and is not sent to Google. You can remove these preferences by clearing this site’s browser data.

Optional website analytics

On the public website, Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Accept cookies”. It helps us understand which pages are useful and how people navigate towards a conversation. Rejecting analytics leaves the website and project brief tools available.

After acceptance, Google receives page paths, basic visit activity and technical browser or device information. We record generic contact-link clicks to understand interest; a click is not a confirmed enquiry or a completed sale. We do not send form entries, project briefs, email addresses, URL query strings or URL fragments to analytics. The private editor, draft previews and error pages do not load analytics.

Google Analytics may set first-party cookies such as “_ga” and “_ga_…” to recognise visits. Advertising features and personalised advertising are disabled. Google processes the analytics information under its own privacy policy.

Choose “Cookie preferences” in the footer of a public page to change your choice. Rejecting stops future analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site; it does not delete information already processed by Google. If your browser blocks preference storage, your choice may need to be made again on the next page.

Private publishing workspace

The private case-study editor uses an essential session cookie to keep an authorised editor signed in. Sessions last up to eight hours and end when you sign out. Saved stories are stored in MySQL; drafts are accessible only to a signed-in editor. Login protection stores a hashed network address and an attempt counter on the server. These are used for security, not advertising.

Fonts and hosting

The website requests fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends network information, including your IP address, when making those requests. Hosting and delivery providers may also process technical request information as part of serving the website. The website application does not write enquiry contents to local files or application logs.
