For agencies / White-label development

White-label software and AI development for agencies.

Advenno provides custom software, automation and AI development for projects delivered under your agency’s brand. Your agency leads the client relationship, with scope, communication, ownership and support agreed before delivery begins.

01 / Engineering behind the engagement

Offer the work with a delivery plan behind it.

This is a custom development partnership for agencies with a client requirement to fulfil. A project might be an operational application, a connected workflow, a new AI feature, or a focused product build. The scope is assessed against the client's systems, constraints, and acceptance criteria.

Before your agency commits to an end-client proposal, we can work through the technical unknowns and assumptions that shape an estimate. The proposal should distinguish included deliverables, dependencies, review rounds, and changes that require a new agreement.

Clear communication

Agree whether we work through your team or join selected client conversations, and who approves commitments.

Reviewable delivery

Use agreed checkpoints, a shared issue list, and acceptance criteria your agency can review before client handover.

Defined boundaries

Record confidentiality, branding, ownership, access, and post-launch responsibilities in the engagement terms.

02 / Prepare for the whole engagement

Know who owns the next step.

Bring the client brief, current technical context, the outcome you have discussed, and your preferred communication model. Identify which decisions your agency can make and which need the client's approval.

Acceptance follows the agreed scope, including exception handling and any migration or deployment requirements. Handover can include source code, configuration guidance, operating notes, and a walkthrough for the people responsible for the result. Exact deliverables and ownership terms are settled in the agreement.

Post-launch care needs its own boundary: who receives reports, who triages them, and what is included. Support coverage and future changes should be explicit before the project is handed over.

/ A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Before we build.

Who speaks to our end client?

The communication model is agreed before kickoff. Your agency can lead communication, or the scope can include selected technical conversations with clear roles. Authority to change scope or make client commitments should remain explicit.

Is this a rebranded software platform?

The offer is custom engineering delivery for agency projects. It does not imply a ready-made reseller platform or the right to remove third-party product branding. Any platform and licence constraints need to be reviewed for the project.

How are revisions and ownership handled?

The agreement should state included review rounds, acceptance criteria, how additional work is estimated, and the rights to code and other deliverables. Third-party services and dependencies should be identified separately.
