Client onboarding automation, from contract to kickoff.
Client onboarding automation connects a confirmed engagement to intake, project setup and kickoff preparation. Advenno builds this workflow for agencies and service teams, with missing information, approval steps and responsibilities kept visible.
01 / A connected handoff
Make readiness an explicit state.
A signed contract does not mean the delivery team has everything it needs. Contact details, scope, access requirements, and kickoff decisions can arrive in different places. Client onboarding automation gives those inputs a structured path and a clear owner.
- 01
Confirm
Verify the agreed starting event and reference the correct engagement record.
- 02
Collect
Request the required information and record what is still missing.
- 03
Review
Let an owner resolve unclear scope, unusual access, or incomplete inputs.
- 04
Prepare
Create the agreed project structure and a kickoff brief for the team.
Explore the process. The interactive onboarding demonstration uses fictional records to show progress and a review step. It is a demonstration, not a client result.
02 / Fit the process to your team
Connect what is needed. Define what can wait.
Bring your current checklist, CRM or engagement record, project templates, intake questions, and the person who owns the sales-to-delivery handoff. We identify which system owns each field and what must be reviewed before setup begins.
The scope can include field mapping, intake status, reviewed project creation, and internal reminders. Client-facing messages require approved content and sending rules. Access to client systems should follow a separately agreed process.
Acceptance covers a complete onboarding and the cases that interrupt it: duplicate triggers, missing answers, a changed engagement, or an unavailable service. Handover records owners, connection setup, recovery steps, and the maintenance boundary so your team can operate the workflow.
Map your onboarding workflowBefore we build.
Does everything happen automatically after a deal is signed?
Only the actions you define and authorise. Incomplete information, unusual requirements, or sensitive decisions can hold the workflow for review before it creates records or sends messages.
Do we need to replace our CRM or project system?
Not necessarily. The first step is to assess the interfaces and permissions available in your current systems. A connection may be sufficient, while a limitation may require a different scope or a manual handoff.
What should we prepare before discussing this?
Bring the current onboarding checklist, systems involved, required client information, project templates, and a few examples of where the handoff stalls. Remove sensitive client details from any initial samples.
